Greg was born and raised in Southern California.  After graduating from the University of California, Riverside in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he obtained his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. He now has over seventeen years of experience practicing accounting and in 2018 became a partner at Clark & Company LLP.

James was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona where he also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2020 and Master of Accounting in 2021 from the University of Arizona.  After graduating, he obtained his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. He has public accounting experience working with national and big 4 firms and in 2024 joined Clark & Company LLP.

Kerwin was born and raised in Southern California. He Graduated from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting and upon graduating he obtained his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. He has over twenty eight years of experience practicing accounting and in December 2014, with that abundant experience behind him and a team of experienced professionals, he opened the doors to his own firm.
